Shipping and Returns
Please select your items carefully, if the items arrive to you damaged please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return of the items and refund.
Parcels will be courierd to New Zealand customers using Post Haste couriers. Please be aware that because I am rural I need to drop parcels off at the depot. I will be running into town Tuesday and Thursday to drop orders at the courier. Please ensure that you enter your correct address and select the correct shipping method at checkout. If you are a rural customer please make sure you select the rural option for shipping to avoid delays.
Due to the cost of shipping overseas we no longer offer this as an option. We really appreciate that you would like to purchase our products, I'm more than happy to help out and do a search to find someone similar if you would like. Please just email me and we will help out as much as we can. Thanks
