Calendula - Calendula is my all time favourite herb. It is an anti-inflammatory, would healing, antibacterial, anti-fungal super herb. Known to help with rashes, wounds, burns, abrasions, swellings, eczema, insect bites, crapes, bruises, diaper rash, cold sores.
Kawakawa - Kawakawa is another favourite here and if you live in New Zealand you would have no doubt heard about it's amazing healing properties. It can calms and soothes irritated skin, help with cracked lips and heels, dry skin, rashes, insect bites, stings, eczema, skin infections, acne and boils. Has powerful anti-infammatory & anti-fungal properties.
Nettle - Topically Nettle can help relieve itchy and inflamed skin. It's antiflammatory & antioxidant compounds help bring down swelling and redness. Can help against infection from cracked and broken skin. It is rich in Silica and Sulphur which can help bring back your hairs natural shine. It can also help control oil production.
Arnica - Arnica has the power to relieve aches and pains. Has been known to help with bruising, swelling, pain relief and arthritis. Is a natural pain reliever and can help eas the pain from our daily lives.
Chamomile - For such a little flower it sure does pack in a whole heap of awesome. It posses powerful skin properties such as anti-flammatory, anti-fungal, antibacterial & antiseptic. Can help reduce skin irritants and heal wounds.
Lavender - Lavender is antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. Can help with minor burns, insect bites, mild skin irritations, eczema and mild burns.
Rosemary - Rosemary has been known to condition and calm frizzy hair. It can alleviate flakiness and itch through it's vitamins and antibacterial properties. Can also help strengthen hair.
