Pre-orders usually have a turn around of 8 weeks.  For the October/November period though we will be taking orders in two separate lots.  We will have a set limit on the number of pre-order mugs we take.   The first lot will be Round 1, these will get made first.   If we fill the number limit we have set for Round 1, we will proceed and take orders for Round 2.

There is an option to add your own quote etc,  if we can not fit it on our standard plauqe shape, we have several other's.   We will be in touch though if this is the case and work out your preference.

Please note that all mugs will have a 5mm foot around the bottom with no glaze on.   The mugs shown have been glazed right to the bottom but to avoid any glaze getting stuck to the kiln shelf and ruining mugs, a barrier will be added.  They will still look awesome, we promise.

All pre-orders need to be paid in advance.  No payment and they won't be made.

Due to the nature of ceramics,  some mugs may need to be re-made so please take this into account.   Each mug is fired twice.  First to 1000 degrees, then to 1220 degrees.   Lots can go wrong during the process and no matter how careful we are that natural nature of firing can be very unpredictable.
